“Rainbow in Sunset” Story Summary:<\/strong>
\nThe story is about the miserable life of an orphan. Life is full of storms for her. She looks for love in marriage and family, chasing after her rainbow in life, dreams about a perfect family. If everything that she chases after is in vain, how will she handle it? Life is full of challenges, will rainbow in life ever going to appear before the sun sets?<\/p>\nThe story’s main character Tay was born in the 30s. She was sold to a family in Hong Kong. Her foster father wanted to get a son by adopting her. However, her foster parents were not able to bear a son. As a result, she was sent to live with her grandmother and she was labelled an “unlucky child”.<\/p>\n
After her marriage, she was very unhappy with her husband. After her husband left, she had to raise her son by herself. She was hoping to have a comfortable life afterward but living with daughter in law was a disaster. She finally moved out and lived by herself. She worked many jobs just to keep her living.<\/p>\n
She was looking for the rainbow of life for her entire life but she kept facing challenges. Sometimes, it is a small storm and sometimes it is hurricanes. Facing all these challenges, how does she choose her road ahead of her? Will rainbow show up after the storm or will there only be lightning after dark? Can she find the real peace, love, and being loved? Don’t miss this drama.<\/p>\n
